- Lead the process that monitors, reviews and challenges all pre & post contract commercials to ensure key financial risks and opportunities have been identified and mitigated, ensure there is completeness and robustness.
- Development of innovative contract solutions and recommendations in support of the Senior Asset Manager
- Supporting the Senior Asset Manager in effective delivery of complex contract deliverables across Asset Management practices
- Providing a strategy, advice and support to aid correct mobilisation and operations of the new contracts.
- Providing accurate and timely commercial information to support activities in the project
- Having an awareness of the key financial risks and opportunities facing the project, and leading the delivery of innovative initiatives, aimed at addressing those risks for the project.
- Support the business lifecycle and governance process including preparing appropriate documentation and processes and assist in the audit process across the sector.
- Create and develop close working relationships with the client andteam.
