- Understanding AECOM project management delivery systems and procedures with an ability to develop and review the AECOM commercial bid models and monitor project financials.
- Understanding Tax and Intercompany agreements (working with other global business lines) requirements.
- Identifying project risks in coordination with legal team and commercial team.
- Review and assess Commercial Risks when bidding and administrating/managing Projects in Saudi Arabia to safeguard the AECOM Arabia business & AECOM Partners
- Assist the Bid Manager to review the RFP documents and provide commercial qualifications & coordinate with the Legal and Finance teams for inputs and measures to be accounted for in AECOM's proposals.
- Coordinate and collaborate with AECOM Legal in relation to the contract reviews, amendments and execution.
