Commercial Manager

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, or Quantity Surveying or relevant professional certifications (e.g. MRICS, MICE) is preferred but not essential.
• Chartered (or working towards) from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience (4 to 8 years) in a similar commercial role within the construction or buildings design consultancy sector, demonstrating a strong understanding of commercial principles and practices.
• Sound knowledge of contracts, procurement processes, and financial regulations applicable to the construction and design industry.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at various organizational levels.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting tools to effectively manage financial data and produce accurate reports.
• Possesses strong work ethic, resilience, a proactive attitude, takes initiative and demonstrates a commitment to excellence.
