Review of contracts at bidding and execution stage, focusing on commercial risk.

Sub consultancy tendering.

Sub consultancy appointment.

Project set up in Deltek, baseline cost and billing.

Bonds & insurances procurement, liaising with the central procurement team.

VO’s and claims.
.
WAR Policy implementation.
.
Invoice and PO management.
.
Final accounts (both between us and the client and between us and the subconsultants).
.
PFR support.
.
Cash collection.
Time allocation for above is 85-90%
Further tasks that are reported group wide include:

Completion, updating and monitoring of commercial registers and trackers for their assigned territory including:
o Work at Risk.
o Bonds and Insurance.
o Invoicing and payment.
o Variations and claims.
o Project risks and opportunities.

Commercial best practice sharing across all territories.
.
Attend monthly commercial meetings.
