- Provide customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments
- Optimize branch receivable turns and maintain direct customer contact on receivable requirements
- Monitor & maintain assigned accounts - Customer calls, visits, account adjustments, small balance write off, customer reconciliations & processing credit memos
- Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts
- Enlist the efforts of sales and senior management when necessary to accelerate the collection process
- Communicate & follow up effectively with sales department regarding customer accounts on a timely basis
- Provide weekly reports on collection activities to Credit & Collections Manager
- Are you the one?
- 3+ years of experience in high volume collections on field working directly with customers preferably within B2B industries
- Knowledge of Billing and Collections procedures
- Goal oriented multitasker with strong attention to detail
- Commitment to excellent customer service with demonstrated ability in negotiations
- Fluent Arabic speaker, as well as working knowledge of English
