• oEducated to Level 6 or working towards
• oMentorship/Teaching Qualification
• oNMC Registered
• oDetailed knowledge of neonatal intensive care nursing
• oKnowledge of research processes
• oExcellent Leadership Skills
• oAble to make swift and appropriate decisions in an emergency
• oEffective time management and able to demonstrate leadership qualities
• oExcellent verbal and written communication skills
