Client Service Representative - Remote Work - Sipchem

Sipchem is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Client Service Representative to join our team remotely in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. This is an entrylevel position ideal for individuals with no prior experience but possess the necessary skills and qualities to excel in a customer service role.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels including phone email and chat.
2. Assist clients with inquiries concerns and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.
5. Capture and maintain accurate client information and interactions in CRM systems.
6. Stay up to date on company products services and industry trends to provide clients with relevant information.
7. Handle administrative tasks related to client accounts such as processing orders and managing documentation.
8. Follow company policies and procedures to uphold high standards of service delivery.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
2. Excellent communication skills and a customercentric approach.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Leadership abilities and strong decisionmaking skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
7. Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow in a fastpaced environment.
