Manage on time and on budget delivery with planned profitabilityconsistently looking to improve quality and profitability2/nLead the onsite project teams and ensure they understand the client environment3/nResponsible for Backlog growth Existing projects Renewals/Extensions of current projects Rate Revisions4/nDrive RFPs / Proactive bids into Renewals ExtensionsApplication/Project additionsApplication rationalization and modernization5/nBuild senior and strategic relationships through delivery excellence 6/nUnderstand the client environmentissuesand priorities7Serve as the daytoday point of contact for the clients taking the lead in delivery8/n Support and drive firmwide delivery initiativesas directed9A CRM shared measures are marginrevenueclient satisfaction & employee retention/nCRM rolespecific measures are bid vs didrenewal win rates& client experience/n10Act as daytoday client contactbuilding and managing client relationships11/nWork with the Engagement Delivery Partner to ensure the delivery organization delivers on time and on budget12/nActive in supporting the Client Partner in managing day to day activities with responsibility for specific relationships13/nA key focus of the role is to identify new and expansion opportunities on accounts 14/nAct as the link between sales and delivery on accounts but is not a billable role
