**Job Responsibilities:**

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to maximize sales performance.

Identify new business opportunities establish client relationships and foster longterm partnerships.

Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closure ensuring excellent customer service at all stages.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and identify areas for improvement.

Provide guidance and support to the sales team including training mentoring and performance evaluations.

Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives.

Prepare sales reports forecasts and budgets for senior management.

Stay updated on real estate market trends regulations and best practices.

**Requirements:**

Proven track record of success in real estate sales with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a managerial role.

Indepth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market including familiarity with local regulations and procedures.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.

Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Resultsdriven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.

Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
