Client Advisor

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to join an iconic High End Jewellery House with a rich history of craftsmanship and storytelling. The Client Advisor will provide the highest level of customer service and constantly identify new opportunities to grow the client database in the store.

This role will be an ambassador for the brand by providing expert knowledge and educating clients as well as supporting with marketing events to HNW clients, promoting the brand with sophistication and understanding.

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have a background in jewellery and provide evidence of substantial knowledge of the VIP client network. The ideal candidate will be GIA certified with a wide range of knowledge in jewellery along with excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

Our client is looking for a proactive Client Advisor from the luxury sector, specifically jewellery, who can work with a high level of autonomy but also enthusiastically collaborate within a team environment.
