Civil Project Manager

Our client is a holding leading investment company in UAE seeking to hire a Civil Project Manager with site experience in building construction palace residential villas or hotels.

Civil engineering project managers are responsible for overseeing the planning execution and completion of civil engineering projects. They commonly work with a team of engineers architects and other professionals to ensure that all aspects of a project are completed on time and within budget.

In this role you will have the following responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact with clients project sponsors and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  
• Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and other stakeholders
  
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables
  
• Identify and procure all necessary resources (e.g. materials equipment personnel) to complete the project according to plan
  
• Manage and motivate project team members to achieve project goals and objectives within defined timelines and budget
  
• Monitor and report on project progress risks and issues to senior management and other stakeholders on a regular basis
  
• Oversee quality control procedures to ensure that all deliverables meet or exceed expectations
  
• Coordinate with external parties (e.g. contractors regulatory agencies) as needed to facilitate project progress
  
• Negotiate and resolve conflicts that may arise during the course of the project
  
• Manage project closeout activities including final acceptance of deliverables by the client
  
• Prepare and submit accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner
  
• Conduct postproject evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement
  

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Bachelor s or Master degree in Civil Engineering
  
• PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage
  
• 10 to 17 years site experience in building construction palace residential villas or hotels.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Project AutoCAD and other relevant software
  
• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
  
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  
• Thorough knowledge of local state and federal codes and regulations
