Chief Financial and Operations Officer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in FMCG or retail environment. With minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Finance capacity and managed or was involved in other operational teams such as Admin, IT and Supply Chain.
• Proven experience in local requirements compliance related to finance and management: Audit, Tax, Government Permits and others local regulations
• Able to keep up with global accounting standards.
• With a track record of successful project management and systems implementation related to his/her role.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience in health and/or beauty sector is a plus.
