Job Summary:
As a Chef de Partie (Pastry) you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the pastry section within the kitchen. Working closely with the Pastry Sous Chef or Head Pastry Chef you will contribute to the creation and execution of highquality pastry dishes desserts and baked goods. Your role involves leading a team of commis chefs and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the pastry kitchen.
