Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager to develop and execute our channel sales strategy build and manage partner relationships and drive revenue through indirect sales channels. The Channel Sales Manager will play a key role in identifying opportunities establishing partnerships and enabling our channel partners to effectively sell and support our products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
Review existing sales approach utilized current partnerships and product value propositions.
Establish and implement a comprehensive channel sales strategy to achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives
Identify and recruit new channel partners including valueadded resellers distributors system integrators and other types of partners as relevant to the industry
Build strong collaborative relationships with existing channel partners and provide them with the necessary support resources and training to drive sales and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop channelspecific marketing collateral promotions and campaigns to support partner sales efforts
Collaborate with the Technical Team to establish a feedback loop for further product development reflecting channel partner input.
Collaborate with the Leadership Team / Chief Strategy Officer to feed into strategic documentation reviews & update of corporate strategy
Provide regular sales forecasts pipeline updates and performance reports to the executive team
Negotiate and manage partner contracts pricing and incentive programs to ensure alignment with company objectives
Stay informed about nybl related industry trends market conditions and competitor activities and adjust the channel strategy as needed
Coordinate with internal sales marketing and support teams to ensure seamless collaboration with channel partners
Travel as needed to meet with partners attend industry events and conduct business reviews
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in software development channel sales business development and partner management
Experience building/managing a brand new sales team
Strong understanding of sales principles and channel dynamics
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data identify trends and make datadriven decisions Selfmotivated resultsoriented and capable of working independently
Willingness to travel and work in a fastpaced dynamic environment employer and values diversity in the workplace.
