- To Lead and Supervise Customer Service representative team daily work flow
- To address all escalation calls, emails and queries directed by irate customers
- Ensure all new Customer Service representatives are well trained on the policies and protocols of answering inbound calls in a courteous approach with an aim of First call resolution
- To conduct knowledge sharing sessions and motivate process improvement ideas from the customer service team
- To identify process gaps and work towards recognizing a comprehensive solution
- To ensure all product related requests are addressed on priority and resolved within a stipulated time-frame
- To ensure all Product Deliveries are scheduled as per a set time-frame
- Conducting verification checks for all product deliveries to avoid any discrepancies
- To ensure all Outbound calls scheduled are completed with relevant feedback provided for the same
- Responding to customer emails within a 24 hour limit by following strict email etiquette
