Job Description
- Deal with the organizations telephonic conversations with utmost diligence and punctuality.
- Analyze client requirements and offer the best possible solution or information.
- Keep the customer interested in the features and utility of a product through effective telephonic communication.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Back up all the call history details by effectively utilizing the companys call center database.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by reducing call waiting and offering a delightful telephonic conversation.
- Proven track record of handling all the duties and responsibilities of a call center agent or associate.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
- Adroit multitasker with an ability to note important pointers while attending a vital customer call.
- Strong command of handling relevant computer operation activities to boost overall work productivity.
- Refined communication ... skills with an ability to persuade customers.
- Portraying a positive outlook towards suggestions from the management related to required improvements
