Rattleberry is partnering with a fast growing EdTech firm to help them hire a Product Manager. Founded in 2022 by three highly experienced industry experts, this business is looking to address the growing green skills gap within small to medium enterprises and aim to become a global leader in online education in the climate change and green sector.

As a Product Manager you will be responsible to plan, organise and execute throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements, defining the product strategy moving forward, managing product portfolio development and online delivery and researching further product development areas. You will work closely with the team (sales, marketing, operations, senior management) to help accelerate the speed of development and work to refine product offering, drive new product developments and ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

This is a hybrid role, with some travel to offices in Dublin with the majority of the role being carried out from home.

Roles and Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for -

• Support faculty on syllabus and learning outcomes development
  

• Receive and sort incoming communication, and manage outgoing communication in relation to faculty onboarding, operations on delivery days and organisation of elements of delivery of products to ensure seamless runnings of courses
  

• Work with team to define product strategy and roadmap
  

• Work with third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
  

• Work with Marketing team on preparing promotional materials & presentations
  

• Be an expert on competition product offering and how we differentiate
  

• Ability to work with subject matter experts in the development of practical tools and templates for our participants.
  

Requirements

Experience, Skills & Education:

The successful candidates will possess the following:

• Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Product Manager / Sustainability Consultant or Sustainability Manager
  

• Strong organisational and time management skills, and ability to prioritise
  

• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, google suite and strong PC skills
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  

• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
  

• A sustainability/environmental qualification would be an advantage
  

• Excellent teamwork skills and must be a self-starter
  

• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
