Business Office Coordinator

Skills/Competencies:

• 5+ years of prior experience in an office setting with heavy guest traffic preferred.
• 5+ years of prior experience in managing blend of business, reception and facilities tasks preferred.
• Ability to remember and recall key customers, vendors and greet appropriately.
• Maintain a professional appearance, with calm serving demeaner.
• Effective communication both written and verbal.
• Anticipate customer/employee questions, reactions, and concerns.
• Organized and detail oriented with good time management skills.
• Willing to assist with anticipated and unanticipated tasks as they may arise.
• Self-motivated, tackles issues before they become a nuisance.
• Proficiency in MS programs and standard office technology is necessary.
• Ability to work to a high standard while under pressure.
