Prepare a business and sales development plan and follow up on its implementation after its approval by the General Manager in a way that achieves monthly and annual goals. ● Submit reports regularly to the General Manager on sales activity and projects, discuss workflow, and resolve obstacles, if any. ● Building relationships with current business sector partners, including real estate development companies, furniture showrooms and furniture stores, and making sure to make the most of this relationship in a way that increases the financial returns for the period. ● Supervising the work of the B2B and B2C sectors and developing working relationships with new potential partners to increase the opportunities for selling real estate development products and furniture in a way that meets the desires of customers/buyers. ● Building strong knowledge about the products sold through the store and ensuring that they compete with the market in terms of furniture quality, quality and price.
