The Global Business Development team consists of strong regional professionals because we know that local experts best understand the specifics of the markets. Responsibilities:

  • Sell company products to current and potential key clients (installers Alarm Receiving centers and security companies)
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific sales targets and opportunities
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for sales matters between the Company and the customers
  • Proactively assess clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
  • Prepare and execute sales training presentations
  • Assist with highseverity issue escalations as needed
  • Manage account services through quality checks and other followup metrics
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship
  • Follow up on sales leads and referrals
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge
  • Prepare a variety of status reports including sales call activities followups and adherence to goals and objectives
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities special developments information or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel including Sales Managers Technical Engineers Accounting Logistics Product Management etc. in order to meet account performance objectives and customers expectations
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars trade shows and telemarketing events

Requirements:

  • 2 years of sales experience with electronic security products (intrusion CCTV access control etc.)
  • Great business sense
  • Resultoriented mentality with the ability to function in a semiautonomous environment
  • Deep understanding of industry standards channels and sectors.
  • Technical competence with security products
  • Strong sales and technical presentation skills
  • Ability to persuade and influence others
  • Bachelors degree in business engineering or related fields preferred
  • Maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public
  • Work requires regular travel to current and potential clients (this requires the possession of a valid drivers license within employment)
