  • Requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in the downstream chemicals business including refineries and gas plants chemical treatments.
  • You will hold a degree in chemistry chemical engineering or a related subject.
  • You will have a proved track record of sales and business management within oilfield services.
  • You have a deep understanding of oilfield chemicals and a sound knowledge of related products and market dynamics.
  • Fluency in written and spoken the English language is essential with Arabic highly valued.
  • You have a proactive attitude; decisionmaking skills combined with a handsonmentality.

Roles:

  • Creates builds and sustains customer relationships & manages chemical accounts for customers.
  • Maintains an overview of the market and marketing of the company and works with the BD and Account Teams to identify opportunities and grow profitable revenue.
  • Ensures area revenue and profitability in assigned accounts while assisting in the development and implementation of sales plans for prospective customers.
  • Actively engaged in growing professional and technical knowledge pertaining to downstream chemicals processes and chemical applications through continuing education and industry associations.

Responsibilities:

  • P&L Balance Sheet and Cash Management
  • Responsible for sustaining our client accounts and for acquiring new business opportunities with new clients.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining profitable relationships with both existing clients and potential customers.
  • Take accountabilities for all commercial tender activities ensuring ontime and highquality delivery.
  • Effectively communicates to all levels of customer management a thorough understanding of downstream related business.
  • Participates in business reviews and pricing negotiations to document value in clear customer accepted financial terms.
  • In coordination with country region and corporate accounts management utilizes the tenets of the Business Acquisition Process to effectively target and capture competitively held opportunities.
