Business Development Manager - Abdulrahman Al Rabiah Engineering Consultants Office

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue and market share. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and competitors. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including customers partners and suppliers. Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve business goals. Manage and lead a team of sales and marketing professionals. Negotiate and close deals with customers and partners. Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to improve effectiveness. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and launch new products and services. Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge. Minimum 15 years of experience in a relevant field (preferably in Consultancy field). Organized with time management skills with excellent interpersonal relationship knowledge of the local construction market and aware of the project cycle. Good written and oral communication skills in English & Arabic. Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and selfprioritize.
