The candidate must have a thorough understanding of bulk overseas hiring of manpower
Sales with international regions like Europe, Asia, and Must have skills in International Vendor Management and strong connections to be ;
The target industries to tie up will be construction, Retail (Food & Fashion), F&B, Security, Aviation, Ground staff, Oil & Gas, Facility Management, Operations & Maintenance
Requirements
Marketing & Business Development of recruitment
Cold calling, Planning meetings making new clients and dealing with the existing Coordination with the entire GCC, Asia and Africa
Account management (Internal & external) Generating and Maintaining databases; preparing
Handles client inquiries received through mails, phone calls, marketed clients, referrals,
Markets services by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns; social media, newsletters Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing forecasts
Must have the knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS
Travelling to international / local locations as per business
Updates job knowledge by participating in recruitment services fairs and ;
Managing various administration activities
Provides support to Business Development Team during client meetings and presentation, market trend, forecast, account ;
Fills up the Pre-Qualification Form/Vendor Registration Form/ Supplier Form sent by the client
Handle government relation and translation whenever
Handle government portals under supervision, whenever
