- Customer Relations management: Engaging with assigned set of accounts on periodic basis understanding needs and giving Solutions dealing with the issues and addressing them through engagement with relevant stake holders
- Account Mapping to further strengthen the relationship and build a healthy Pipeline with the given set of accounts.
- Structuring of (credit) deals for the assigned set of accounts
- Stakeholder management: Managing the stake holders complying with the requirements of different bodies cooperating with stake holders while safeguarding the organizations and customer interest etc.
- Address partner escalations and provide timely solution to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
- Planning events/ trainings for partners to increase their sales
