Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver packages, documents, and other items safely and on time.
- Track delivery status and inform clients of any delays.
- Manage and prioritize multiple deliveries to ensure on-time delivery.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations.
- Keep track of all delivery records and report any discrepancies.
- Communicate with clients and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Report any incidents or accidents to the appropriate supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a bike messenger is an asset.
- Ability to read and understand maps and directions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
