• At least 3 years of experiences as Business Analyst of banking projects, in a complex working environment (multinational or large enterprise or company subject to regulators)
• Preferred areas of expertise (some among the following): payments (SEPA, SWIFT), loans, active and passive invoice cycles, business workflows (document approval, AML checks,…), regulatory/CSSF reporting (AML V, CESOP,…)
• Essential knowledge of data transfer and data transformation (file formats, relational database structures, Ms Excel data manipulation).
• Work-fluency spoken and written in:
• French
• English
  

Proficiency in Italian is a plus.

• Demonstrating initiative, capability to work autonomously under given objectives and a strong will to learn the regulatory reporting of other countries (Singapore, Hong Kong,…).
• Analytical mind-set and capability to adapt to a new context. Willing to engage in the new client context and learn the client applications.
• Self-organising capabilities. Good Powerpoint and presentation skills.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
  

The consultant will join the AM department of ISP Servitia for the following tasks:

• Support AM project for our bank clients: collect business requirements, produce functional analysis, produce test plans, support integration tests and UAT.
• Functional analysis of Change Requests in the Corporate Banking area.
• Application Maintenance (bug analysis) of existing solutions, after the go-live of new features.
