PURPOSE OF THE JOB: TO MANAGE & RUN THE WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS EFFICIENTLY &
ECONOMICALLY
SCOPE OF WORK: TO IMPROVE THE EFFICIENCY IN THE WAREHOUSE
TO IMPROVE THE CONFIDENCE LEVEL OF THE CUSTOMERS
Major Responsibilities of the Job
Functions as a floor in charge, managing the warehouse
Responsible for daily operational
Daily plan for warehouse operations for all Inbound & Outbound & other Value added
Human resource planning for the warehouse
Warehouse manpower planning, and scheduling including leave
Manage direct report of all warehouse
Efficient cost management of the
Efficient utilization of warehouse
Achieve higher productivity in warehouse
Coordinate among, transport, documentations & Sales department, to implement agreed service level and operational processes with
1 Meet customer KPI s
1 Manage the inventory of the customer efficiently & maintain accuracy in WMS updation as well as in physical stock
1 Ensure Safety in warehouse
1 Continuously work for improvements in warehousing
1 Setting bench mark for various warehouse activities, implement and monitoring
1 Prepare agreed management reports, daily, weekly or as required by the
1 Responsible for determining additional resource requirements during peak times and acquiring resources to support the
1 Ensure all billing activities of the customer are completed within the time lim
Ensure all operational, administrative and customer related procedures are adhered at all times 2 Preparations of standard operating procedure and adhering to it without
2 Managing relationship with staff, management and customer in a manner that seeks and encourages involvement, recognizing and valuing
2 All non conformances should be investigated, corrected and closed
2 Ensuring all warehouse materials handling equipments are utilized and maintained according the industrial 2 Managing the warehouse operations according the EHS requirements JAFZA
