Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be a licensed attorney in good standing.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, with a focus on subchapter k, IRC Subchapter K partnership tax, trusts, and bonds.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
