Assistant Product Manager

A JAFZA based home appliances company and have 5 years of experience in home appliances in the Middle East region. Experience in Export / Import (Trading) is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering design marketing and sales to develop and execute product strategies aligned with company goals.
  
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends consumer needs and competitive landscapes translating findings into actionable product plans.
  
• Define product requirements specifications and timelines ensuring timely delivery of highquality appliances.
  
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
  
• Analyze product performance through key metrics and customer feedback iterating on features and functionalities to optimize user satisfaction and market adoption.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders fostering open communication channels to drive collaboration and successful product outcomes.
  

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
  
• Proven experience of at least 35 years in product management within the consumer electronics industry.
  
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on delivering results in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  
• Passion for technology and a deep understanding of consumer behavior and preferences.
