We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Operations Manager to join our growing team at ACCIONA Facility Services in Saudi Arabia.

Assistant Operations Manager is expected to manage assigned job area/task with full responsibility. Reporting to Operations Manager the Assistant OM is accountable for the overall safe secure efficient and costeffective management of their team. You will be expected to effectively lead a team to deliver superior results across all areas of their responsibility. You will use your management skills to develop a culture of trust and to cultivate the best by inspiring challenging and promoting our workforce. Leading by example you will promote and ensure the Health & Safety of all our team members. You will ensure all quantitative and qualitative measures are met including those related to accountability

• Key Responsibilities
  • Promote an operating culture to create exceptional value to the customers through quality and efficient service delivery
  • Execute the required strategic initiatives as required
  • Team Development: Define required skills and capabilities for the team. Ensure timely execution of all required training
  • Everyday coaching to engage the team and develop ownership for sustainable targets achievements
  • Promote and enhance a positive team management relationship including efforts to continuously improve teamwork and establish high levels of employee involvement
  • Understand and achieve all required targets for safety customer satisfaction and financial and operating performance
  • Conduct regular briefings
  • Make sure all required materials and tools are available on your site. Create procurement requisitions if required
  • Customer: Ensure the clients value proposition is clearly understood by the onsite team and that the level of customer satisfaction is validated in the customers KPIs
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote continuous learning culture and provide onjob training as required
  • Perform specific assignments as directed by Operations Manager
• Requirements:
• The position is open for nationals of all countries. Saudi Nationals are encouraged to apply.
• English is a must Arabic is highly preferred.
• Preferably with a driving license.
• Any of the listed will be preferred: experience as an equipment operator waste management specialist autoclave operations extensive housekeeping experience in facility management or hospitality industry.
• High School Diploma required. Postsecondary education is preferred.
• At least 3 years of Supervisory/Operations Management role experience in an industrialtype facility management service hospitality environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage a group of multinational team members.
• High level of responsibility and accountability for tasks.
