- Assist in developing and running periodic Employee Experience surveys. Analyze the survey results, identify areas for improvement, and communicate the findings to management. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop action plans based on the survey feedback.
- Foster a feedback-safe environment by implementing and managing anonymous feedback channels. Act on the feedback received to address areas for improvement and enhance the overall employee experience. Monitor the impact of implemented changes and measure improvements.
- Support the recognition program by learning how employees prefer to be recognized for their contributions. Ensure that recognition is aligned with the organization's values.
- Collaborate with the manager to bridge any appreciation gaps and promote a culture of recognition.
