Assistant Manager

Education, Experience & Skills:

Essential Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Desirable Qualification: Additional certifications in freight forwarding are a plus.

Work Experience: Requirement 5+ years of working experience in Customer service with a clear understanding of Freight Forwarding operations and logistics.

Technical skills required to perform the role:

• Excellent knowledge of global trade regulations, INCO terms, and industry best practices.
• Strong client relationship management and sales skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining successful business partnerships.
• Familiarity with freight management systems, booking platforms, and logistics software.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Arabic language skills will be an advantage
