Assist in generate orders and upload on OEM portals based on parts movement to ensure parts availability required to maintain maximum service level.
Analyse the exception reports on critical stocks lost sales excess stocks etc. and take corrective action where necessary to improve parts availability and minimize stock obsolescence.
Assist in controling freight costs and Minimize emergency orders to ensure profitability.
Create article master data as and when required to ensure correct data on the system.
Oversees supply of parts requirement for all branches thereby ensuring sales and customer satisfaction.
Monitor parts non availability on a regular basis and take corrective actions to improve availability.
Monitor obsolete stock and propose plan / activity to the management for liquidation of same.
Periodically analyze and update parts movement trends and categorize accordingly for reorder levels.
Oversees upkeep of warehouse and maintenance of parts transport vehicles
Raise insurance claims for parts damaged during transit / discrepancies
Track shipments and coordinate with logistics for parts consignment to ensure stocks are received on time.
Arrange parts from our GCC suppliers in case of nonavailability to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure the documentation / payment is in line as required by the principals to avoid delays in shipment.
Ensures regulatory requirements are in line for the warehouse facility.
