The Role

• Report to the Unit Manager
  
• Maintain company assets through robust autonomous maintenance pillar routines
  
• Deliver On-time, first-time-right (FTR) quality product at Optimal cost by ensuring safety in operations
  
• Compliance with GMP & product quality standards, optimal line efficiencies, energy consumption and line wastages
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders in continuous improvement journey and develop capabilities of technical operators on the shop floor to avoid OEMs expenses
  

Requirements

• Technical Diploma / Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical)
  
• Minimum 10 Years in a complex FMCG setup, ideally Beverages
  
• Well-versed in Aseptic processing (Milk & Juice processing) & lines maintenance
  
• Ability to positively confront and effectively deal with non-compliances
  
• Maintain a safe working environment through proper safety practices
  
• Handle small-scale projects and work within assigned project timelines
  
• Able to communicate speak & read in English
  
• Effective communication skills
