- Set action plans for promoting and selling Jotun products to projects in allocated geographical territories and conduct regular visits to projects to maintain good customer relationships, attend their enquiries, complaints, technical service on new products stockings and orders, and obtain market information.
- Follow up and evaluate proper pricing, projects’ activities and customer selection within allocated geographical territories by monitoring projects closely to ensure proper promotion of Jotun products, achievement of sales targets, collections/DSO, profit per liter, and gross margin, compared to targets.
- Expand market reach by planning frequent visits to potential customers and evaluating profit feasibility.
- Ensure achievement of departmental objectives by monitoring and supervising the activities and performance of the sales team and providing necessary support.
- Ensure implementation of Jotun credit control policy.
- Enhance and promote the sales of innovative products in targeted projects to improve company’s profitability wherever possible to increase market share.
- Qualifications
- Academic degree (Bachelor and /or Master’s degree).
