Area Fitness Manager

One of our reputed clients a health club chain is looking to hire an Area Fitness Manager to manage their PT/Fitness operations and teams for multiple locations.

Key Result Areas:

PT budgeting and revenue management.

Collaborate with senior management to develop and run PT/GX strategy with an objective to drive sales/revenue.

Recruiting training and developing PT teams.

Managing multiple teams KPI and also overall PT/fitness/GX budgets.

PT penetration Strategy and training.

Participate in performance management reviews with an objective of evaluating team members and providing constructive feedback & training.

Coach mentor educate and develop the teams.

Provide continuous education and market insights in terms of keeping up with the pace in the industry.

Create SOPs for the department in terms of customer service/ member experience and health & safety standards.

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 years experience out of which at least 2 years managing multiple locations/ PT teams.

GCC experience highly preferred.

Working experience in preparing PT budgets considering market conditions.

Sales driven and customer focused personality.

Strong leadership interpersonal and communication skills.

Extensive industry knowledge including latest trends in the market.

Bachelor Degree in Sports Science / Physical Education. Fitness certifications (minimum level 3)

Holding a valid UAE driving license.
