Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree majoring in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of work experience in financial services,
- Strong initiative, project management skills with ability to independently manage multiple priorities/ deadlines.
- Solid control mindsight: ensure controls are maintained and ability to challenge first line and escalate emerging risks or issues.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel VBA, Power BI).
- Knowledge and skills of Python and Programming Languages is preferable.
- Strong understanding of IT Systems testing is preferable.
