Job Summary

Reliance HR Consultancy is looking for an experienced Agriculture Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the agricultural operations of the company from the planting and harvesting of crops to the maintenance of the farmlands

Duties and Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate all agricultural activities including crop production planting harvesting fertilizing and irrigation

Monitor and inspect crops and farmlands to ensure optimal production levels

Supervise and train staff on agricultural techniques and safety procedures

Develop and implement strategies to improve crop yield and quality

Ensure that all agricultural operations are conducted in compliance with safety regulations and environmental policies

Monitor and analyze market trends and prices to maximize crop sales

Maintain detailed records of all agricultural activities

Monitor and purchase necessary supplies and equipment for the agricultural operations

Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelors degree in Agriculture Horticulture or related field

years of experience in agricultural operations

Knowledge of agricultural techniques and safety regulations

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software
