Agile Business Lead

Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.

Facilitate relevant Agile ceremonies and rituals: Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-up, Iteration / Release Planning, Showcases/Sprint Review, Retrospective.

Provide subject matter expertise in specific functional area(s) for assigned Scrum team.

Consult with the business SMEs and product owners to prioritise and shape the product backlog, using Agile practices for prioritization around business value.

Work with product managers and epic owners to develop business cases, as required.

Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress and delegate project tasks based on junior staff members individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.

Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as internal stakeholders.

Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Examine the progress of the work and maintain the plans of the project to make sure that the results obtained are as per the standards of the project.

Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials and other commercialization activities as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.

Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements. Preparing status reports by gathering, analysing and summarizing relevant information.

We are looking for Business Leads to be responsible for handling our company's ongoing projects. You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include preparing and submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans. The Agile Business Lead is also expected to have leadership skills to step into the Scrum Master or Product Owner role where needed. This role provides a major contribution to FAB GTB in delivering the digitization and transformation strategy
