Implement the college rules and regulations
Welcoming the college visitors and auditors to the admission and registration department.
Complete the registration of the new applicants in the system and prepare their files.
Followup student transactions until they are completed.
Coordinating with the academic and financial departments regarding to students services.
Preparing reports according to the students financial academic or other status.
Complete the clearance process for the graduate students and submit their files.
Preparing correspondence and reports for its external entities.
Responding to emails and answering phone calls.
Providing information to the students in one of the following ways: telephone in writing forms email or in person
Attend admission and registration department meetings.
Attend training workshops.
Visit schools to represent the college.
Collaboration and coordination with the supporting managements.
Responding to all administration and relevant departments inquiries.
Handling any additional work related to the administration.
Education:
Bachelor s degree in business management / Health Administration.
Language:
Proficiency in English and Arabic.
Skills:
Experience handling administrative duties efficiently and effectively.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Commitment to working with and encouraging diversity.

Effective organization and administrative skills.
