Role Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
Preparing, collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial

Qualification and job requirements:
Graduate/Post Graduate Commerce professional with MBA specialized in
Professional qualification in Accounting or Costing of any reputed international accounting professional bodies like CA, ACCA, ICA, ICMA, ICWA, CPA will be
Computer literate with expert skill in MS Office and Proficient user of ERP Systems
10+ Years post qualification experience especially in Finance and Administration, Costing, Planning in Real Estate Development/Construction/Investment management
Must have a proven expertise in People Management
Prior experience in a team lead role with interest in developing management
Self-starter, able to lead, work & plan with minimal guidance to drive projects to
Organized with the ability to multi-task & problem solve in a fast-paced environment
Established, excellent business communication and document presentation skills for interaction
with a variety of groups at various levels
Preferred with UAE Driving License
