The Mall is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant cum Receptionist position for a Dubai-based company on an IMMEDIATE basis. Candidates Must be available in U.A.E for an interview. Job Responsibilities: Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office. Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, printing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Assess applicants and arrange for job interview. Follow up monthly report of each department. Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication. Maintains office and pantry inventory request. Provides information by answering questions and requests. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
