Administration Director

Role requires leading all the below segments -

• Project Registration/ Oqood registration of units with DLD.
• Sales documentation – timely and error free completion and record management of sales documentation.
• Customer Relation management – Ensuring clients queries or concerns are addressed within timelines and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Collections – Ensuring timely collections for all projects and timely escalation/action taken to optimize collection rate.
• Handover Management
• Escrow account management.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of leading all the segment of administration listed above with mid or large size developers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively and efficiently.
• Problem solver and well organized
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication skills
• Thorough understanding of DLD regulations.
