Accounting COOP trainee - Koch Engineered Solutions

We are hiring for Accounts trainee/ intern under the accounting COOP training plan for our company branch location in Dammam KSA

What You Will Do

Introduction and overview

• Period (1 Month): the trainee will be introduced to the company policy and procedures ERP system and company accounting polices.

• Period (4 months): The trainee will be exposed to the most common accounting activates
• Revieing purchasing invoices POs and Delivery notes and then record them accordingly in the ERP system.
• Issuing Sales invoices and follow up with concerning department for collections.
• Record monthly engineering hours and involve in the monthly adjusting entries.
• Reconcile advances paid to suppliers and record received invoices against advances.
• Recognize revenue using percentage of completion method.
• Expose to VAT return and withholding tax return preparation.

IKTVA and External Audit Engagement

• Period: (2 months): the trainee will be engaged into yearend audit and IKTIVA special audit
• Providing payroll information after reconciling with General Ledger.
• Providing fixed asset register with segregating the asset into local and export.
• Listing all purchases invoices and segregating them into local and imported goods/services and reconciling the amounts with audited financial statements. Help team in providing auditors and tax consultants requirement for yearend audit and yearend tax filling.
