SUMMARY OF ROLE
This role serves as the main point of interaction between our customers and field technicians, and works to provide professional, efficient service by resolving service issues and providing outreach to our
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Answers all calls in a professional, pleasant manner and routes or handles as
Resolves customer issues by clarifying the customers complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution
Tracks customer satisfaction and technician
Handles Accounts Receivable and invoice collections according to company guidelines
Provides weekly reports outlining any issues as well as all steps taken to resolve
Handles scheduling of technician work orders

QUALFICATIONS
At least one year of experience in a customer service role
