AA Product Specialist - ABBVIE

At AbbVie we have a rich innovative pipeline. This means we are often looking to expand our team and as such. we have a great opportunity for a Product Specialist to join us in Jeddah KSA.

This role will allow you to develop your communication selling and relationship management skills and it is a step toward more complex roles in our organization including international roles in time. There are future development opportunities via switching to other therapeutic areas or via moving to larger sales or commercial roles.

Key Responsibilities :

• Health Care providers (HCP) relationship management Deliver performance and beyond in the portfolio. Create a precall plan & effectively evaluate calls and documents postcall. Effectively handle objections and gain a logical call to action/close on every call. Educate medical providers and staff
• Clinical and Market Knowledge Development Share best practice to enhance business success across the Brand Teams. Initiate develop and implement a growth plan for current position & future opportunities. Demonstrate indepth disease product market and competitive intelligence expertise
• Territory Management Develop and update an engagement plan focused on key HCPs to exceed goals. Develop a cycle journey plan that optimizes coverage and frequency to key HCPs and ensures the ability to achieve call plan metrics. Maintain accurate sample accountability. Mentor new reps to enhance collaborative ways of working. Network with the field team to ensure support to best address the HCP needs

Qualification / Experience requirements :

• Preferred that you have a Bachelors degree in pharmaceutical studies.
• 1 year experience as a Product Specialist
• Relevant industry experience ideally in biotechnology and/or pharmaceuticals
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Practical knowledge and understanding of HCPs and disease area requirements
• Good understanding of the market challenges and opportunities
• Great sense of ethics and integrity
• Curiosity and ability to learn and improve
