Apt Resources is seeking a skilled Filipino Cuisine Cook to join a VIP Familys private household in Abu Dhabi UAE. This role offers a unique opportunity to showcase your expertise in authentic Filipino cooking while delivering personalized and high-quality meals for discerning clients.
As the Filipino Cuisine Cook you will be responsible for preparing traditional and contemporary Filipino dishes ensuring each meal is crafted with care and attention to flavor and presentation.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic Filipino dishes in accordance with the familys preferences and dietary requirements.
- Plan menus and manage meal preparation to provide a varied and balanced diet.
- Ensure high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness at all times.
- Source fresh and quality ingredients maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
- Adapt recipes and prepare meals for special occasions or guests as required.
- Work closely with household staff to ensure seamless service and satisfaction.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and recommend maintenance or replacement when necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience cooking authentic Filipino cuisine preferably in private households or VIP settings.
- Strong knowledge of traditional Filipino recipes and cooking techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- High level of cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards.
- Flexibility to accommodate the familys schedule and special requests.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a household team.
- Must be in UAE
Benefits
Salary: AED 3500 - AED 4000 plus accommodation and food provided.
