We are seeking experienced and skilled Scaffolders to join a leading construction company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for erecting dismantling and maintaining scaffolding structures while ensuring safety and compliance with site standards.
Key Responsibilities
Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures as per project requirements
Ensure scaffolding is stable secure and safe for use
Inspect scaffolding materials and equipment before use
Follow safety regulations and company procedures at all times
Work closely with site supervisors and construction teams
Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
Identify and report any safety hazards on site
Requirements
57 years of experience as a Scaffolder in the construction industry
Good knowledge of scaffolding techniques and safety standards
Physically fit and able to work at heights
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
Candidates must be from India only

Required Skills:
Minimum of 3-6 years experience in Document control in a project-based environment (e.g. construction oil and gas engineering). Familiarity with managing both digital and physical documents. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy of document submission like letters & transmittal. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Ability to type accurately. Ability to create and maintain project documentation workflows.
