The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Nationwide will play a pivotal role in developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for real estate agents, brokers, and corporate staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop recruitment strategies for real estate agents, brokers, and corporate staff.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, networking events, and industry platforms.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with department heads and sales directors.
• Manage job postings and employer branding for the agency.
• Maintain a candidate database and talent pipeline.
• Conduct background checks and reference checks.
• Prepare job offers and coordinate onboarding with HR.
• Track recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, agent hiring targets).
Requirements & Skills:
• Relevant educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting brokers.
• Minimum 10K followers on LinkedIn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive approach in recruitment.
Preferred Qualifications:
