Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily salon operations including scheduling client flow and service delivery to ensure optimal efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Recruit train mentor and evaluate salon staff including stylists estheticians and support personnel to maintain high service standards.
- Manage client relationships by addressing feedback resolving concerns and implementing strategies to enhance retention and loyalty.
- Maintain inventory of beauty products tools and supplies; coordinate reordering and manage vendor relationships to ensure availability and cost efficiency.
- Monitor and manage the salons budget including tracking revenue expenses and profitability; implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Ensure strict compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations; conduct regular audits and maintain a clean organized and professional environment.
- Promote salon services through strategic marketing initiatives social media engagement and community outreach programs.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set business goals develop service offerings and implement growth strategies.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track client preferences appointments and follow-ups.
- Stay current on industry trends new treatments and emerging technologies to keep the salon competitive and innovative.

- Proven experience in salon or spa management preferably in a luxury or high-end ladies salon environment.
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to manage and inspire teams.
- In-depth knowledge of beauty and wellness services including hair skincare makeup and nail care.
- Proficiency in salon management software (e.g. Mindbody Square Appointments or similar).
- Excellent organizational time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting forecasting and P&L monitoring.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and a commitment to excellence in client experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
- Valid certification in sanitation and safety practices (e.g. OSHA state-specific cosmetology board requirements).
